Father Edgar Elamparo
Fr. Edgar Elamparo grew up in a devout Catholic family in Manila, Philippines, and earned a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science before working in tech. After immigrating to the U.S. in 2004, his involvement at Saint Maria Goretti Church in San Jose led him to discern a call to the priesthood, and he was ordained in 2011 after formation at Saint Patrick’s Seminary & University and Mundelein Seminary. He served parishes across California and Illinois before becoming Pastor of Santa Teresa Church on July 1, 2025.
